Acquisition and disposal advice for logistics property
Distribution centres, cross-docks, cold storage and workshops each have their own market. An agent who sells offices will miss the details that set the price here. We advise on the right moment, the right buyer and the right structure.
In short
We guide the purchase or sale of your logistics property from the first assessment through to completion.

When does this arise?
Do you recognise any of these situations?
- You are selling your transport business and the buyer does not want the property with it.
- You have outgrown your site and need premises that suit your route profile and loading schedule.
- You want to separate the property from the business before you hand the business over.
- You are unsure whether selling or holding is the wiser move, strategically and fiscally.
What we do
STEP 01
Assessment
What do you hold, who wants it, and what is it worth in the current market?
STEP 02
Strategy and structure
Sell separately, sell with the business, or let it first. We set out the routes with the figures side by side.
STEP 03
Selecting parties
A targeted approach from our network of investors and occupiers. An off-market sale is possible.
STEP 04
Negotiation and completion
We lead the discussions, safeguard the terms and hand over to the notary.
What it gives you
A realistic price
Substantiated with comparable transactions in the logistics market, not with an average per square metre.
A calm process
One point of contact for the property and the business, so the two do not hold each other up.
Discretion
Your staff, clients and competitors need only hear about it when you want them to.
Frequently asked questions
Acquisition & disposal — answered briefly
Can I sell my premises off-market, without advertising?
Yes. We approach parties from our network of investors and occupiers directly, under confidentiality and without a public listing. Your staff, clients and competitors will notice nothing until you decide otherwise.
How long does it take to sell a logistics property?
Allow six to ten weeks from assessment to signature, provided the file is in order. If the sale runs alongside a business acquisition, the pace of that process determines the timeline.
What does acquisition or disposal advice cost?
We work with a commission on the transaction value or a fixed fee, depending on the instruction. We record that in writing beforehand so you know where you stand. The first meeting is free of charge.
